Expectations

Referral Partner Expectations

  • Complete our Referral Partner Intake Form.

  • Complete our Client Referral Form and share a copy with the client.

  • Remind the client that this is a commitment. If the client does not follow up on this commitment (i.e., career coaching), it takes limited resources away from someone else who can benefit. If this continually occurs, we reserve the right to no longer accept referrals.

  • Make sure the client follows up after the interview, particularly if a job is accepted, so she can participate in our career development workshops with the Professional Women’s Group.

Client Expectations

Please share these expectations with the women you serve:

  • Clients must present a professional attitude. Clients who are late, under the influence, display negativity, or repeatedly cancel appointments may not be job ready and therefore unable to participate in our programming. We will contact our referral partner to address the issue and reserve the right to take immediate action.

  • If they have a career coach, clients must alert their coach of an anticipated absence 24 hours prior to their scheduled meeting. If they do not provide a legitimate reason and cancel regularly, a coach may not be able to continue working with the client.
