LaMean Koroma

LaMean is a Senior Vice President at Cresa, a leading global commercial real estate firm and is the recipient of Cresa’s 2019 Rising Star Award and Cresa Washington D.C’s 2021 Giant Leap Award. For the past six years, LaMean has negotiated and executed complex transactions for his clients, including early renegotiations, new lease acquisitions with creative termination rights, building sales, and sublease dispositions totaling nearly $200 Million in transaction value. His wide client base ranges from technology firms and associations to government contractors, financial services firms, and hospitality companies. He closely reviews and identifies goals and objectives while providing quantitative and qualitative information required to successfully implement short-and long-term real estate strategies.

With his aforementioned promotion, LeMean became the first African American broker in the DC office to rise from entry level Advisor to Senior Vice President, and rest assured, he will not be the last. LaMean is also Chair of Cresa’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Council, contributing his time and energy to Cresa’s mission to encourage, support and celebrate the diverse voices of their employees, making Cresa a place where leaders are cultivated, and every person – from every walk of life – feels empowered to thrive.
