In order for us to assist you, please complete the sign-up session below and ensure that you also finish the Google Form. Once we receive this completed form, we will reach out to you, the client, directly within 24 to 48 hours to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for you.
Client Expectations
Clients must present a professional attitude. Clients who are late, under the influence, display negativity, or repeatedly cancel appointments may not be job ready and therefore unable to participate in our programming. We will contact our referral partner to address the issue and reserve the right to take immediate action.
