Our mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, workforce development tools, and a supportive network to help them thrive in work and in life.

We envision a world where women live free from poverty, achieve financial independence, and are treated with dignity and respect. We believe in a future where women have the resources and opportunities to shape their own lives, strengthen their families, and contribute to a more economically sustainable world.

With a background in business leadership and a passion for empowering women, Susan Kyles has led Dress for Success Washington, DC since 2019, helping expand resources that support women in achieving economic independence.

With a background in nonprofit leadership, program development, and community engagement, Angela Jones brings valuable experience to her role as Director of Programs at Dress for Success Washington, DC, supporting the organization’s mission to empower women through career resources and workforce development.
