Our clients’ successes are made possible because of contributions from our volunteers and donors. If you are willing to help in any capacity, we are able to put your skills to use. Look below to see how you can get involved.
The Little Black Dress Club
The Little Black Dress Club is the premier way to support Dress for Success. Donors get their name on a plaque in the Dress for Success office and know that they are making a difference for our clients.
There are two tiers of giving, Ruby and Emerald. A $500 annual gift will make you a Ruby member, while a $1000 annual gift will make you an Emerald member.

Get Involved!
There are plenty of ways to get involved at Dress for Success.
Volunteering
One of the best ways to help Dress for Success is by giving your time. Reach out to volunteer to be a career coach or to facilitate a career workshop. Also, if you can offer an hour or more of your time each week to help women in need, we will provide you with the training, tools, and support necessary to connect with our clients both virtually and, when it’s appropriate, in-person. We’re especially interested in recruiting volunteers who have past experience in human resources or working with women in need. Contact us to learn more about how you can volunteer.
Professional Clothing Donations
Our next DressED for Success Donation Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 9, 2022 at House of Mercy in Manassas, VA from 10 am - 2 pm. Donate new or gently used spring/summer women’s professional and business casual clothing and shoes. All donated items should be clean, wrinkle-free, ready-to-wear, on hangers and not more than three (3) years old. If it's suitable to wear to a job interview or can be worn in a business setting, it's what we need. The maximum number of cleaned and hung pieces is 25 per donor.
